We collect and store any information that you enter on our website (for example, when making a purchase).

If you have decided to personalise an item then we would also store the personalisation details.
We will also store copies of all communication we hav with you reagrding an enquiry or the prduction of a personalised product.
This is to assist us through the order process and for future orders you may place with us.
It is an option for you to provide us with additional guest information to personalise priducts such as a list of your guest names
for wedding products, which we use to print on your stationery.
This can also sometimes include using the addresses of your guests to print on invitation envelopes.
We are unable to gain this consent from your guests ourselves, and so by providing us with this information,
it is assumed that you have consent from your guests to do so.
Payments are taken through third party services.
Those services will collect payment information (including credit card numbers and CVV codes).
We do not have access to or store you credit card information.
We also collect information about your device; such as: IP address and time zone. We also may use software tools to measure and collect session information (to see how you interact with our site!). The information stored can include: individual web pages or products that are viewed and information on how you interact with the site - such as navigation.

Two 5 Designs is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

to give shipping notifications or order confirmation.
